Starts ASAP!Schedule:* 10HR Day Shift - 4 Days/WeekREQUIREMENTS:* Current RN licensure in the state of NY * Graduate from accredited School of Nursing *BSN Preferred** BLS/ACLS Certification (American Heart Association) * Certified Dialysis Nurse or Certified Nephrology Nurse Preferred* Critical care experience, acute and chronic hemodialysis experience Preferred.JOB SUMMARYThe registered nurse promotes and restores patient's health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patient, visitors, and families. Practice of Nursing shall be performed within the scope of practice as outlined for Registered Professional Nurses in the NYS Education Law, Title V111, Article 139 and the NYS Office of the Professions Nursing Guide to Practice. The Registered Nurse manages the nursing care process and delivers nursing care services to patients in accordance with New York State nursing practice act, regulatory standards and hospital policies, practices and procedures, and provides service excellence to patients and their families/visitors that meets or exceeds patient expectations. Punctual and mandatory attendance required.
