Responsibilities: As a Management Trainee, you are empowered to make business decisions that greatly affect your career as well as the bottom line. We bring individuals into our Management Training Program to master all aspects of our business . You will rotate through each position within a store spending the majority of the program in assistant management roles in the sales and the collections departments. You will gain an understanding of what it takes to run a profitable business and learn how to deliver superior customer service. In your development to become a successful manager at Aaron's, you'll also learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage and promote a staff of your own. Your GOAL is to complete all steps in the training program and demonstrate, through exceptional performance, you have the skills to be promoted to store General Manager . Management experience Average week is 50 hours-includes evenings and Saturdays 21 or over with valid driver's license Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
